🍕 Greek Pizza Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the Dough (or use store-bought):

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

¾ cup (180ml) warm water

1 tsp active dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings:

½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (or olive oil + garlic as base)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
-
½ red onion, thinly sliced
-
½ cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
Fresh spinach or arugula (optional)

Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
1. Make the Dough (if homemade):

In a small bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5–10 mins until foamy.

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.

Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix and knead until smooth (about 8 minutes).

Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
2. Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat.
3. Shape the Pizza:

Roll or stretch the dough into a 10–12 inch circle.

Place on parchment paper or a floured surface.
4. Assemble the Pizza:

Spread sauce or olive oil with minced garlic over the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella, then add red onion, tomatoes, olives, and feta.

Sprinkle dried oregano and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
5. Bake:

Transfer to the hot oven (stone or tray) and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and crisp.
6. Serve:

Optional: top with fresh spinach or arugula right after baking.

Slice and enjoy warm with a side of tzatziki if desired!
