Ingredients (Makes about 1 quart / 4 servings)

  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream:

    • In a large chilled bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

  2. Mix the Base:

    • In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Combine:

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Do this in batches and use a spatula to keep the mixture airy and light.

  4. Freeze:

    • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.

    • Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap or a lid.

    • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

  5. Serve:

    • Scoop and enjoy as-is or with toppings like chocolate syrup, sprinkles, nuts, or fresh fruit!


🍫 Flavor Variations:

  • Chocolate: Add ¼ cup cocoa powder to the condensed milk before folding in the cream.

  • Strawberry: Fold in ½ cup chopped strawberries or swirl in strawberry jam.

  • Cookies & Cream: Add crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.

  • Mint Choco Chip: Add ½ tsp mint extract and mini chocolate chips.
