🍨 Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe (No-Churn)
Ingredients (Makes about 1 quart / 4 servings)
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Whip the Cream:
- In a large chilled bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

Mix the Base:
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

Combine:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Do this in batches and use a spatula to keep the mixture airy and light.

Freeze:
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
- Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
